The Telecaller / Telesales Executive plays a vital role in driving customer engagement and generating sales leads through proactive outbound calling. This position is essential for expanding the company’s client base, promoting products or services, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads. The role demands strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently. Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products or services
· Qualify leads and gather relevant customer information
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
· Follow up with prospects to schedule meetings or appointments
· Address customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover
Requirements:
· 0.6 – 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
· Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
· Proficient in spoken and written English and Gujarati
· Basic computer literacy with familiarity in CRM tools and MS Office
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
· Good telephone etiquette and a professional, positive attitude
· Willingness to work in a full-time, immediate joining capacity
