We are hiring Telecalling Executives to promote our digital marketing products and services. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing plans, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Present and explain digital marketing services such as website design, SEO, and social media promotions.

• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call or lead targets.

• Handle client queries and provide accurate information about services and pricing.

  Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and target-oriented approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Prior experience in telecalling or telesales will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
