We are hiring a Telecalling Sales – Product Advisor for a voice process role at our Koramangala office. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: PUC (12th pass) or Graduation.

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.

• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
