Role Summary: Senior Tele-sales Manager- Motor

We are looking for a Senior Tele-sales manager with hands-on experience in motor insurance to join our growing team at Coverwise IMF LLP.

This is a key role involving direct client interaction, backend portal handling, and supporting junior team members in achieving sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing and prospective clients for motor insurance renewals and new policy sales

• Operate insurer portals for quote generation and policy issuance

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable add-ons, IDV, and coverage options

• Maintain daily follow-up records, update Excel-based trackers, and share reports

• Handle escalations and support team in complex cases

• Guide and mentor junior telecallers, acting as second-in-line to the team lead

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2–3 years in motor insurance telecalling or backend operations

• Skills:

  • Strong communication & customer handling skills

  • Familiarity with insurer portals

  • Good understanding of IDV, NCB, and policy comparison

  • Basic Excel for MIS and lead tracking

• Language: Fluent in Hindi; basic English preferred

• Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
