We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2C Telesales Executive to promote and sell health insurance policies to individual customers via outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of insurance products, and the ability to convert leads into customers in a fast-paced environment.
Call prospective customers from the provided leads database to promote and sell health insurance plans.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products accordingly.
Follow up with interested leads and close sales through telephonic interactions.
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue are met.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
Stay updated with policy changes, product updates, and compliance guidelines.
Handle queries, objections, and concerns of customers professionally and efficiently.
Adhere to regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and company policies in all customer interactions.
0.6–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in health/life insurance or BFSI domain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in [English,Hindi,Marathi]preferred).
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or telecalling software.
IRDAI certification (if available) is an added advantage.
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
