•Key Responsibilities:-
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues during calls professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales business and call quotas.
• Follow up on leads provided and convert them into successful sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
•Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
•Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
•Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, empathetic, and able to handle rejection positively.
