Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.

• Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.

• Maintain and organize digital and physical records to ensure easy and secure access.

• Provide administrative support to help streamline departmental operations.

• Prepare and present reports to internal teams for better decision-making.

• Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role (Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
