We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database

• Explain the company’s products/services clearly and confidently

• Answer customer queries and resolve concerns over the call

• Generate leads and follow up on prospects

• Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software

• Ability to handle rejections and objections positively

• Target-oriented mindset

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
