We are currently looking for a Telecalling Executive who can engage potential clients over phone calls and assist them with our legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our legal services

• Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries promptly and professionally

• Understand client needs and guide them through appropriate legal services

• Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups

• Share qualified leads with the legal team for further consultation

• Follow up with clients to ensure documentation and service progress

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali

• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office is preferred

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus

• Ability to understand and explain basic legal services (training will be provided)

• Freshers can also apply
