Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Telecaller to join our Human Resources team. The role involves handling recruitment calls, reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for people interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to candidates for recruitment purposes.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details to potential candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates over calls.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the database/HR software.
• Follow up with candidates regarding their interview status and joining formalities.
• Support HR team in recruitment drives, onboarding, and other activities as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in telecalling/recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR processes.
• Target-driven and ability to work under deadlines.
