Job Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Executive in the Loan DSA (Direct Selling Agent) division, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, explaining loan products, collecting necessary documents, and coordinating with potential customers. The role involves consistent follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful loan applications, meeting sales targets, and earning performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads) to introduce and explain loan products, including personal loans, business loans, and home loans.

• Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of our loan products to customers, ensuring they understand the offerings and can make informed decisions.

• Document Collection: Collect necessary documents (e.g., KYC, income proofs, etc.) from customers to initiate loan processing.

• Coordination with Customers: Act as the point of contact for customers throughout the loan application process. Provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely manner.

• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure loan processing is moving forward and any missing documentation is submitted.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, loan application submission, and conversion rates.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication, providing them with a seamless and professional experience.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, customer interactions, and documents in the CRM system.

• Performance-Based Incentives: Achieve set targets to qualify for performance incentives based on lead conversion, document submission, and customer satisfaction.
