Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0 - 0.5 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 12th Pass and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
