Job profile:

Outbound Calling: Call potential customers from the existing database and new leads to inform them about vehicle offers, new models, test drive options, and dealership services.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify customer needs and pass on warm leads to the sales team.

• Appointment Scheduling: Fix showroom visit appointments for test drives or consultations.

• Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with prospects who have shown interest or visited the showroom.

• Database Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in system.

•Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all automobile models, features, variants, prices, and ongoing promotions.

•Customer Handling: Address basic customer queries, concerns, and objections politely and effectively.

•Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.
