Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments or meetings.
Provide feedback to management to improve customer outreach strategies.
Any graduate/12th pass with relevant communication skills.
Prior experience in telesales or telecalling (outbound) is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English (or regional language as required).
Good persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, spreadsheets).
Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-centric mindset.
