🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors to raise awareness about Sightsavers India’s mission and initiatives.

• Persuasively communicate the impact of our work and encourage long-term financial support from individuals.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions.

• Accurately maintain donor information and daily call reports in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets as set by the team leader.

• Handle queries from prospective donors and provide appropriate information.

• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training and feedback sessions to improve performance.

• Uphold the values and reputation of the organization in every call and interaction.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English + Telugu, Tamil or Kannada.

• A passion for social work and willingness to speak on sensitive or emotional topics with compassion.

• 10th, 12th, graduates (any)

• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Good listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
