We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team [Subh Lakshy Global Service]. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹8000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through outbound calls, online research, social media, field activities, and referral networks
Promote credit card and loan products and explain key benefits to interested prospects
Collect, verify, and update customer information (income, eligibility, occupation, financial needs, etc.)
Generate high-quality leads and ensure daily/weekly/monthly lead targets are achieved
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer status in CRM tools
Coordinate with the sales/conversion team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Follow compliance and KYC guidelines while communicating financial product information
Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate product information without mis-selling
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to boost lead volume
Provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality and campaign performance
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
