We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller with expertise in the Real-Estate & Finance sector to join our team at My MoneyCare in Ahmedabad, located at Girish Cold Dink C.G Road In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers Rs: 11500 to Rs: 15.500/- + Incentives along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

• Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have Minimum 6th Month To 1 years of experience in Outbound service or a tele caller role and should be proficient in . You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Minimum Qualification 12th Pass And Above , and the candidate should be willing to work 6th during the Day 10:00 AM to 7.30 PM Day shift.
