Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing RD Developers’ premium land and property projects.

• Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information about ongoing projects, pricing, and offers.

• Follow sales scripts while adapting your pitch to engage customers and close deals.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.

• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Share market insights and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass or equivalent (Graduates preferred).

• Experience: 0–1 year in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).

• Languages: Fluent in Hindi & Marathi (English is a plus).

• Skills:

  • Persuasive communication and active listening.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).

  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude.

• Preferred: Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales.
