We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team Prima Nexus Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to promote products or services and close sales deals.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics set by the company.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 6 months experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to Working Days during the Part time shift.
Timing: For Part timer- 10-2 or 2:30-6:30 / For full timer- 10-6 (6 days working)
