🩺 Job Description: Telecaller – Healthcare

🧑‍⚕️ Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with patients, explaining healthcare services, booking appointments, and addressing inquiries — all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients or clients regarding healthcare services (appointments, tests, wellness packages, insurance, etc.)

Explain medical services, diagnostic packages, or consultation plans clearly and accurately.

Handle inbound queries regarding appointments, doctor availability, or test reports.

Schedule appointments or follow-ups with doctors, clinics, or diagnostic labs.

Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.

Maintain proper documentation of calls, follow-ups, and patient data in CRM or database software.

Coordinate with internal departments like reception, doctors, diagnostics, or insurance for smooth service delivery.

Share reminders for scheduled appointments, vaccinations, or health check-ups.

Handle objections calmly and address patient concerns with empathy.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments booked.

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records as per healthcare data protection standards.

✅ Key Skills:

Excellent communication and listening skills (Hindi, English, regional languages a plus)

Polite, empathetic, and patient-oriented attitude

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or call logging tools

Prior experience in healthcare/hospital/clinic telecalling is preferred

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred

1+ year experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare or wellness industry

Fresher with excellent communication skills may also apply
