Webmakesite is hiring Telecallers to join our team. This is a target-based role focused not just on making calls, but on generating qualified leads and closing sales. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into clients by communicating the value of our services effectively.

Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
Explain Webmakesite's web development and digital services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Identify customer needs, generate interest, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Prepare basic reports and updates on performance and customer feedback.
Maintain a professional and confident communication style to build lasting customer relationships.
Minimum qualification: 10th pass to 12th pass (any stream).
Experience range: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (freshers are welcome).
Must be target-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Willing to work 6 days a week during day shift hours.
