We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team in a leading solar manufacturing company. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining solar product features, and assisting customers in understanding our solutions.
Call potential customers to explain solar panel systems and their benefits.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments or site visits.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth customer handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / customer service / BPO / renewable energy industry.
Skills:
Good communication in Hindi, English (Regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email)
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Training on solar industry products
