The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients of VPlant Advanced Hair Clinic. The role involves providing information about hair transplant and hair restoration services, addressing queries, generating leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a smooth client journey from enquiry to appointment. The Telecaller will serve as the first point of contact and play a crucial role in building trust and rapport with clients.
Make outbound calls to prospective leads, follow up with enquiries, and convert them into clinic visits or online consultations.
Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about clinic services (Hair Transplant, MHI, PRP, GFC, etc.).
Explain treatment options, packages, and procedures in a simple, empathetic, and convincing manner.
Schedule appointments/consultations for dermatologists, trichologists, or surgeons.
Maintain a proper database of leads, follow-ups, and patient enquiries using CRM software.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead conversions, and appointment bookings.
Coordinate with the marketing and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient handling.
Provide feedback to management on recurring queries, client concerns, and potential improvements.
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer care executive, or sales associate (healthcare or clinic background preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (Marathi, Malayalam, etc., depending on clinic location).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of hair loss treatments and cosmetic procedures (training will be provided).
Comfortable with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
