Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Tele caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tele calling, with a focus on sales, customer service, or lead generation. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, making calls, and helping generate sales leads for our LED display products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential clients in the architecture, design, and construction sectors to generate sales leads.
Introduce and promote Vision Display’s products (e.g. LED screens, video walls, etc.) to prospective clients.
Identify client needs and qualify leads for further sales engagement.
Client Interaction & Follow-ups:
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information to prospects.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or close sales when appropriate.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients and address any queries related to the products.
Database Management & Reporting:
Maintain an organized database of leads, contacts, and clients.
Update CRM software regularly and keep track of client interactions, call outcomes, and sales progress.
Report sales numbers, leads, and performance to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service during calls, ensuring a professional, friendly, and helpful approach.
Assist in resolving any client concerns or queries about the company’s products and services.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in a sales or customer support role.
Educational Background:
A graduate degree is mandatory. Candidates with a degree in Business Administration Sales & Marketing, or any related field are preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to present information clearly and effectively over the phone.
Previous experience in cold calling and generating leads will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
