Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in real estate.

• Explain project features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

• Schedule site visits and follow up on leads.

• Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions.

• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth post-sale support.

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate or sales.

• Excellent communication skills in English and any local language.

• Good listening skills to understand client needs.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
  

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹23,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
