Telecaller Job Requirements
1. Education & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: High School, Diploma (12th Pass)
• Graduation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
2. Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal communication in [Gujarati/ Hindi]
• Clear and confident speaking voice
• Good listening skills and ability to handle objections
3. Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or related roles
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
4. Personality Traits
• Positive attitude and high level of patience
• Persuasive and target-oriented
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills
5. Technical Skills
• Familiarity with CRM software or call management tools (preferred)
• Basic typing speed and data entry skills
6. Other Requirements
• Punctuality and discipline in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
