Designation: Telecaller (Digital Leads)
Location: Bangalore(Silk Board, HSR Layout)
Experience: 6 months–3 years in outbound sales / telesales / call centre roles.
Qualification: Graduate any discipline
About the role: We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers (Digital Sales) to join a fast-growing comfort-tech brand. The role involves connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting innovative comfort solutions, and driving store walk-ins via proactive follow-ups and digital engagement.
Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 140 connected outbound calls per day using the click-to-call dialer.
Maintain 2 hours 45 minutes of effective talk time daily.
Conduct fresh and follow-up calls to generate store walk-ins and conversions.
Communicate product benefits and offers confidently and persuasively.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM data regularly.
Coordinate with store teams for lead follow-ups and appointment tracking.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and one or more South Indian languages – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented and comfortable with high call volumes.
Prior experience in retail telesales or store walk-in generation preferred.
