We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our immigration team. The role involves contacting potential and existing clients, explaining immigration services, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain immigration processes, services, and eligibility requirements.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and provide updates.
Answer questions regarding visa categories, documentation, and timelines (as per company guidelines).
Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team to schedule consultations.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies at all times.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and understand English.
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and handle objections.
Basic knowledge of immigration/overseas education processes (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Education & Experience
Minimum 10+2 Pass or Above pass candidate.
Minimum Experience of 0-6 mts of Immigration Calling
