Job Title: Telecaller cum CRM Executive (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and proactive female telecaller who can handle leads professionally, communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, and support the sales pipeline with CRM follow-ups, quotations, and closures. Prior experience in solar or technical products is a bonus.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and explain solar product offerings clearly.

• Manage and update leads using our CRM software.

• Follow up regularly with clients until conversion.

• Generate leads from telecalling or assigned databases.

• Prepare and send customized quotations to potential clients.

• Schedule appointments for site visits or consultations.

• Keep strong communication with the sales team and report daily progress.

• Maintain proper records of interactions, follow-ups, and deal statuses.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only (preferred age: 22–35 years).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales coordination.

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English & Gujarati.

• Proficient in computer operations (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Knowledge of CRM software operations (basic training can be provided).

• Ability to make attractive quotations & coordinate with sales team.

• Persuasive and convincing personality with closing skills.
