Scope Of Work (Responsibilities) Primary
1. Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
2. Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and address any concerns or questions.
3. Effectively pitch products or services to customers to generate interest and close sales.
4. Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales and driving business growth.
7. Communicate customer feedback to the management team to improve services and products.
