The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and promoting fire & safety products through effective telecalling. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Pune and surrounding regions.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits related to fire fighting and safety/security systems.
Generate appointments for the field sales team and support follow-up activities.
Sales & Customer Handling
Handle inbound queries and convert them into business opportunities.
Provide quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and existing customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build trust in the company’s products.
Reporting & Coordination
Share daily/weekly call reports with the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up and closures.
Maintain records in CRM/Excel for call logs and customer status.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); Diploma/Certification in Sales/Marketing preferred.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales (experience in fire & safety/security industry preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
