We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates / entry-level candidates for a telesales role with our Gas & Energy client. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, creating awareness about energy products/services, and generating qualified leads. Full training will be provided – you just need strong communication skills and the willingness to learn!
Making outbound calls to customers and introducing gas and energy solutions.
Explaining plans and offers in a simple and professional manner.
Collecting and recording customer details accurately in CRM systems.
Building rapport with customers and scheduling follow-ups for interested leads.
Supporting the sales team by generating high-quality leads.
Meeting assigned daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude while handling queries.
Fresh graduates / 12th pass candidates welcome – no prior experience needed.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Confidence in speaking over the phone and ability to engage with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, CRM tools training will be given).
