We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telecaller to join our growing solar business team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential residential and commercial customers, explain the benefits of solar rooftop systems (especially under the PM Suryaghar Yojana), and generate qualified leads for our field sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or lead source.
Explain solar panel benefits, subsidy schemes, net metering, and ROI in a simple and convincing manner.
Collect customer information and schedule appointments for the field team.
Follow up on leads and maintain a record of customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the field sales and installation teams.
1–3 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Must be fluent in Telugu and have working knowledge of English.
Prior experience in solar, insurance, loans, or real estate telecalling is a bonus.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems is an added advantage (training will be provided).
