We are looking for a telecaller to join our team at Squadram CO. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 10,000-15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and complaints and provide timely solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business growth
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and experience ranging from 0 months to 1 year. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to Monday-Saturday during the 10am-07pm shift
