About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Telecaller who can handle high-volume customer outreach, explain products/services clearly, and maintain accurate data using CRM tools. The role involves engaging directly with individual customers, generating interest, and supporting conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers on a daily basis.
Present products/services clearly and address customer queries.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and follow up until closure or handoff. • Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer experience during each call. Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in outbound B2C calling or telesales.
Hands-on experience using CRM software (any platform).
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu (as required).
Good persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain consistent performance.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, data entry).
