Tele caller
Position Overview
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele caller to make outbound calls, promote our products/services, generate leads, and set appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and gather customer requirements.
Set appointments for the sales team and update details in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested customers to build relationships and close opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in tele calling, telesales, or customer support (experience in trading/export/manufacturing/steel industry preferred).
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Marathi or other languages are a plus).
Technical Skills: MS Excel, data entry, CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Persuasive, resilient, target-driven, good time management, and multitasking abilities, Excellent Communication skill.
