Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to clients.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality conversations.

• Update customer records in the database accurately.

• Follow-up on leads and ensure targets are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
