We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team Soul Veda wellness Centre . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹8000 - ₹10000
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote wellness services, treatments, and packages.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about services, timings, and offers.
Maintain a customer database with updated contact details and follow-up records.
Schedule client appointments and coordinate with therapists/doctors.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable wellness programs.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Share feedback from clients to management for service improvement.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Prior experience in tele calling/customer service (wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi language.
Ability to explain services clearly and persuasively.
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.
