Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily client calls from different vendor portals.

• Coordinate directly with sellers for order updates, approvals, and queries.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and professional handling of each interaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
