JD / Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and investment benefits clearly to customers.
• Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for site visits and sales closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Provide regular updates on lead status to management.
• Handle client queries courteously and build long-term relationships.
• preparing daily/weekly/monthly call data reports.
