We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads for property sales or rentals. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a good understanding of the real estate market.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
Explain details of residential and commercial properties to clients
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
Maintain records of calls and client information in CRM systems
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic queries
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Minimum 10th pass; graduate preferred
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is a plus
Excellent verbal communication in [insert required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]
Basic knowledge of real estate/property market is an advantage
