RS Caterers is looking for a confident and dedicated Telecaller to join our growing team. This role focuses on handling customer calls, maintaining accurate records, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent communication between clients and departments. Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive customer calls professionally to explain our catering menus, packages, and services.

• Update and manage customer details, order records, and feedback in the system.

• Follow up with potential leads and confirm catering orders efficiently.

• Coordinate with kitchen, transport, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

• Generate daily call and booking reports for management review.

• Verify and maintain accuracy of all data entries and documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication in Tamil (basic English preferred)

  • Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Data Entry)

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
