Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for solar products
Explain solar solutions, products, and benefits to interested leads
Follow up with clients for meetings, site visits, and documentation
Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM
Coordinate with the sales/field team for closing deals
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field
Prior experience as a telecaller or customer support role preferred (solar or similar industry is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
Ability to handle customer objections and queries confidently
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Pleasant and confident voice tone
Target-driven and self-motivated
Good listener and quick learner
Interest in solar/renewable energy sector is a bonus
