We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into site visits, and supporting the sales team with effective communication. You will play a key role in building client relationships and achieving business growth.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for residential & commercial projects.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to clients.
Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to schedule site visits.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM/records regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client engagement and conversions.
Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, portals, and referrals.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets.
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
