We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound calls for Company. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining Company products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
Explain Company’s products, plans, and offers clearly and convincingly.
Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions.
Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in the system.
Follow up with leads to convert into active customers.
Achieve set targets for lead generation and conversions.
Provide a high level of customer engagement and professionalism.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Confidence to handle objections and close leads.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM / MS Office).
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in outbound calling / lead generation is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
