Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their visa and immigration requirements, and guiding them through our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote immigration services.
Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Provide accurate information about visa processes (study, PR, work permits, etc.).
Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Handle client queries and guide them through the initial steps of the immigration process.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the documentation and counseling teams.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead closures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in immigration or education consultancy).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
