Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain available real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate project details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Report daily activities, lead status, and conversion ratios to the sales manager.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive incentives.
