Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule meetings/demos.
Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate products or services.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and lead information.
Follow up with inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos via phone or online platforms.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Collect and share customer feedback with the product/marketing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
