Job Role: Business Credit Associate(onsite)

••Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fintech Credit Associate with 1-2 years experience. As a Business Credit
Associate you will be responsible for:
overseeing a company's credit policies and managing the credit extended to customers
Candidates with prior experience in Fintech or NBFC industry is mandatory.

••Roles and Responsibilities:
Credit Assessment & Underwriting
Evaluate loan applications based on financial documents, credit history, and risk parameters.
Analyze customer profiles, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management frameworks.
Risk Evaluation Identify potential risks in loan proposals and suggest appropriate risk mitigants. Monitor market trends and economic indicators to adjust risk models accordingly.
Approval Process
Approve or recommend loan proposals within the delegated authority limit.
Collaborate with senior management and risk teams for high-value or complex cases.
Portfolio Management
Monitor existing loan portfolios for early warning signals and overdue accounts.
Ensure timely review and renewal of credit facilities.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and legal regulations.
Review and verify loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with sales, legal, operations, and collections on teams.
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients for credit-related matters.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present periodic credit reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to
management.
Process Improvement
Recommend and implement improvements in credit evaluations on processes and systems.
••Requirements:
1. Direct experience in the lending / FinTech industry /SCF .
2. Have 1-2 years of experience working in credit management
3. Ability to engage with customers and work with other disciplines internally to create an
effective solution to close the deal.
4. Good knowledge of MSOffice, MS Excel and other relevant digital skills to clearly explain to the customer the organization program that is offered.
5. Should have effective Presentation skills. Will have to give presentations to the Sr.
Management for their concurrence and also to the end customers for closing the deals.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
7. High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and hands-on
environment.
