Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Provide feedback to the team leader/management to improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in tele calling , tele sales, or customer service is an advantage.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
